2c) cords for the computer were loose and accessible to children. Cords on the outside of the house were seen loose. 3a) screws were seen to protrude from the side of the cubby in the small room. 4c) a light bulb outside was not covered 4f) the stairs in the yard leading to the upstair deck did not have a gate securely in place at the bottom of the stairs.
